The European Day of Languages
Hello to everybody!
The past few weeks, the 6th graders, we were doing an investigation in our school. At the beginning of the year, we celebrated the European Day of Languages, which was the 26th of September, and in the English classes, we were learning about countries, languages and greetings in Europe. After Halloween, we wanted to investigate how many languages the students of the school Pompeu Fabra talk in their homes to create some graphs after all. Isn't that great? we had so much fun going to the classes, asking to the students, and creating the percentages to make the graphs. The funniest and hardest moment for us was when doing the graphs at the end, using the cardboards, as it was more complicated than it seems.
We have finished the project and, now, we will continue with the English classes to learn more meaningful things 💖
